Alumni Relations
Dr. Ashurov is interested in structuring systems for alumni relations. He has plans to inaugurate an Alumni Room at his university and to set up an Alumni Relations Office. Additionally, Dr. Ashurov intends to open a Laboratory of Mathematics and Mechanics, and plans to improve the manner in which his university constructs strategic plans for the institutional development.

Dr. Ermakov is interested in studying human resource management, budget management and design, and faculty development. Specifically he would like to research electronic system controls. Dr. Li plans to study budget management and design, international relations and strategic planning. He is most interested in financial management systems. Ultimately, he hopes that improving the financial management of his university will yield in better market analysis for the institution, introduction of transparent financial planning, creation of clear budget systems for university departments and services, improved training of administrative personnel, and generation of income.

Dr. Mashukov intends to study budget management and design, specifically methods of budgeting and budget execution. He hopes to better understand the role of the Board of Trustees, university administration, and other departments in budget management. He intends to gain knowledge of university state funding structures, and of non-governmental fundraising activities. Dr. Mashukov also plans on studying financial assets management.
