The US Embassy Policy Specialist Program (EPS) provides funding for US scholars and professionals to travel to Eurasia and serve US Embassies and/or Consulates as policy specialists on a chosen topic and also pursue their own research project independently. Fellowships are available to successful applicants who demonstrate how their experience, skills, and knowledge will benefit US Embassy/Consulate personnel, as well as the academic merit and feasibility of their proposed research.
