These training materials provide steps and guidelines to increase peacebuilding skills in women in Somalia and Somaliland. It was developed to empower women to become peacemakers by building their leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. The target audience for the training comprises women participants of the USAID-funded and IREX-administered Uniting Communities to Mitigate Conflict Program [10] in Somalia and Somaliland.
