This case study examines career services at three US universities: Eastern Washington University, Gonzaga University, and University of Washington. The case study discusses centralized and decentralized structures for career centers and software for career center management. The study covers several areas of best practices, including communication with students, student counseling, working with alumni, the dependable strengths method, networking events, working with employers and internships.
