Twelve legal professionals are participating in the LEAD STEP program [8], in which they strengthen their legal English skills and complete coursework addressing the American justice system. The program will help prepare this cadre of talented professionals to strengthen the rule of law in Tajikistan. A brief snapshot of the fellows’ backgrounds is below:
