Remmie Nambalirwa

Remmie Nambalirwa is the founder of the Women of Valor Foundation, which works to help empower women and youth economically through mentorship, executive coaching and entrepreneurial motivational talks. Remmie plans to expand the Women of Valor Foundation’s women empowerment project into the rural areas of Uganda. She also plans to officially launch the Women of Valor television program, which will act as a media mentoring tool for the region.

While in the U.S., Remmie worked with the YWCA of Alaska [8] in Anchorage to design a program called YW Lead Luminaries, which uses adult and peer-to-peer mentorship to support community youth and increase high school graduation rates.
