Ian has worked at IREX for more than four years and currently manages the Crimea Undergraduate Exchange Program [9] in Ukraine and supports implementation of the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Eurasia and Central Asia [10] in addition to overseeing programming for alumni.
Prior to joining IREX, Ian worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer teaching English at a secondary school in Samtredia, Georgia. As a US Peace Corps volunteer, he also helped to oversee a training program for English teachers along with a volunteer run grant committee as its Treasurer.
Ian is currently enrolled at George Mason University and will earn his Master of Arts in Public Policy in May of 2013. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Colorado State University in 2005.
