IREX is pleased to announce Mr. Fernando Barragan [2] as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Barragan hails from Bolivia and most recently worked as Treasurer of Chemonics International. He started his international development career with Peace Corps in Bolivia and has served in long term international assignments in Egypt and El Salvador as well. He has an MBA from a joint program with the Harvard Institute for International Development and the Universidad Catolica Boliviana.
