Today, IREX proudly presented a donation of $16,000 to the Ronald McDonald Ho [2]use Charities of Greater Washington, DC (RMHC) [2]. The proceeds from the annual staff silent auction with matching funds from IREX will help improve the health and wellbeing of children and families in the local area. RMHC core programs include the Ronald McDonald Houses and Ronald McDonald Care Mobile.
IREX announced on #GivingTuesday [3] November 27, 2012, the first national day of giving, the selection of the Ronald McDonald House Charities in appreciation for the assistance provided to one of its own families this year.
