Xolile Ncube
CSP Leader - Zimbabwe
Xolile Ncube is a Research Officer at Christian Care, a non-profit organization involved in agricultural research. She educates rural communities on climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction. She plans to increase her organization's efforts to raise awareness on climate change and promote methods of adaptation, as well as engage communities in integrating traditional disaster early warning systems with modern technology.
While in the U.S., Xolile worked at Southern Climate Impacts Planning Program as part of a research team that utilized remote sensing data to analyze the impacts of climate change on agricultural cropping areas.
