Rebecca Bell

Rebecca joined IREX in 1995 and has been designing and leading international education programs for over 15 years. As Director of the Education Programs Division, she provides administrative, financial, and programmatic oversight to an $80 million portfolio of international programs and 80 staff worldwide.

Rebecca has developed IREX’s portfolio of student programs, including private exchange programs, partnerships with Google and the US university community; and in partnership with Prometric standardized academic and professional test administration centers for students and professionals overseas. She has served on numerous panels at international education conferences and is often called upon to serve as a career development consultant for young professionals.

She spent a year studying and working in Moscow and Budapest and has traveled extensively in Europe and Eurasia. She received her BA from American University in international studies with a concentration in peace and conflict resolution.
