Naser Al-Ardah

Naser Al-Ardah provides technical and management leadership to the USAID-funded Partnerships with Youth program in the West Bank. Naser also provides senior technical advising to IREX’s youth development program for Sudan and previously served as Chief of Party.

Prior to his time with IREX, as Chief of Party for the USAID-funded EDC-implemented Palestinian Youth Empowerment Program Ruwwad, Naser gave strategic direction and vision for youth- and community-development and institutional capacity building initiatives. In addition to providing technical leadership, he successfully provided financial and administrative oversight to the $20 million program that supported a team of over 60 local and international members. Previously, he served as Middle East Program Development Director and Palestine Country Director for Relief International, providing technical input and management support to education, youth, and ICT programs, and as an economic researcher for the Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute. Naser holds a Masters of Environmental Studies in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada; a MA of Economics from Al-Quds University in Jerusalem and a BS in Business and Economics from AN-Najah University in the West Bank.
