Michael Dyer
Michael implements the US Department of State’s Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program, and also manages the Legal Education and Development (LEAD) Fellowship Program for Tajikistan (a project jointly administered with ABA ROLI).
He oversees university host recruitment and relations, coordinates participant recruitment and selection, and conducts orientation trainings. Michael has nearly 10 years of international higher education enrollment and exchange programming experience in the Middle East and Eurasia.
Prior to joining IREX, he worked with international enrollment at the University of Denver, and later at George Mason University, where he focused on foreign credential evaluation and student recruitment in the United Arab Emirates. He also taught English as a second language at a nonprofit organization in Washington, DC.
Michael received a Master of Arts in International Studies from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
