Matej Kurian

Matej Kurian is Program Coordinator with Transparency International Slovakia, an anti-corruption organization where he manages the development of thematic online portals including the Open Public Procurement and Open Contracts platforms, as well as writes policy briefs. Matej has experience in data analysis, project management and public policy processes. He intends to focus on the transparency and accountability of the Slovak non-profit sector.

While in the U.S., Matej supported the Sunlight Foundation’s Policy Team in D.C. with comparative work and research on campaign finance regulation, international technology-driven transparency projects and policies as well as various position papers on U.S. politics.
