Joseline Wegosasa
CSP Leader - Uganda
Joseline Wegosasa is a Senior Program Assistant with the National Democratic Institute in Uganda, working on increasing citizen participation and strengthening the capacity of civil society organizations.
While in the U.S., Joseline worked with the Miami-Dade County Community Action Agency on citizen participation and school readiness initiatives in Miami, Florida.
Upon returning to Uganda, Joseline has been working on her follow-on project with the aim of preparing youth for employment through resume writing, interview skills development and personal and career counseling sessions. Inspired by her CSP host organization, Joseline designed the project to target six youth from Kampala to better prepare them for their first career steps upon finishing school.
