Chinara Omurkulova

With 20 years of experience in development and education in Kyrgyzstan Chinara provides overall administrative and program leadership and management of all IREX activity in Kyrgyzstan. She has designed and conducted a number of educational fairs in Kyrgyzstan, as well as conferences, trainings, seminars, and workshops for ECA alumni. She has rich experience in recruiting, selecting, and advising students, professionals, scholars, university administrators, and teachers.

She is an alumna of the Contemporary Issues Fellowship Program and was a visiting scholar at Columbia University. Chinara received a master’s degree in History from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia.
