Cheikh Fall, Senegal, is a prominent blogger and cyberactivist who initiated the www.sunu2012.com platform to promote the transparency of the country’s recent presidential elections through media coverage and citizen reporting. He has designed scores of websites, popularized Twitter hashtags in Senegal, and created the country’s first citizen web portal in 2010.
