Brendan Bell

Program Director

Brendan manages the Promotion of Information Communication Technology in Turkmenistan Project (PICTT), a USAID funded program working to develop the higher education sector in Turkmenistan. In addition he manages the Tech Age Teachers project in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. This project, funded by Tengizchevroil, works to develop the technology skills of secondary school teachers in the region.

Since joining IREX in 2008, Brendan has held a number of roles, from finance and operations, to working on civil society programs in a variety of countries. Prior to that, Brendan served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Azerbaijan.

Brendan graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in History and minors in Business and Political Science.
