Arina Zohrabian
Arina Zohrabian oversees educational programming in the region and also manages IREX’s Armenian office’s administrative operations.
She is responsible for managing recruitment, selection, orientations, and alumni activities for the U.S. Government- funded Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship program, the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Eurasia and Central Asia, the Public Service Fellowship Program, as well as University Administration Support Program. Arina also oversees alumni activities for the Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program.
With more than eight years experience at IREX, Arina has worked hand in hand with thousands of teachers, students, professionals, business leaders, and government officials to further develop education at all levels.
Prior to joining IREX, Arina volunteered with the Armenian Volunteer Corps where she was the Director of Marketing/PR for Bars Media Documentary Film Studio and as a Marketing Specialist for the Armenian Volunteer Corps.
Arina received her bachelor’s of commerce in marketing and finance from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and has lived in the United States, Canada, Iran, France, Spain, and England.

Arina is married and has two young daughters and is an avid tennis player. She was captain of the McGill Women’s Varsity Tennis team where she was voted MVP.
