Alda Isallari
CSP Leader - Albania
Alda Isallari is an Assistant Coordinator with the NGO, Une Gruaja, where she works on anti-domestic violence projects and organizes leadership and democracy meetings and trainings for women in the region. Alda plans to focus her work on organizing a youth development program which aims to provide young women with the necessary skills and experience needed to become leaders in their communities.
While in the U.S., Alda worked at the Greenlining Institute in Berkeley, California participating in different trainings related to leadership, and conducted research on approaches to leadership development for youth and women.
