Agnes Kwenda

Agnes Kwenda is the Founder and current Executive Director of Precious Life Foundation, working with vulnerable young women and teenage mothers helping them to be self-sufficient by providing vocational training, community support and social services. She looks for innovative ways in which teenage mothers and vulnerable women can be received, rehabilitated, and be made self-reliant and entrepreneurs.
While in the U.S., Agnes worked at St John’s Shelter for Women and Children in Sacramento, CA teaching classes on employability, literacy and positive thinking to ensure that homeless families reintegrate into the community as productive and empowered contributors.
