Tasneem is a program coordinator for the Leadership Support team. In her role, Tasneem provides support for various aspects of program implementation for the Leadership Practice.

Currently, Tasneem supports Climate Talent Initiative, Mandela Washington Fellowship, and Global UGRAD-Pakistan Programs. She contributes to procurement management, fellows' support processes, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and monitoring of work plans.

Before joining IREX, Tasneem worked for international non-governmental organizations and development agencies in Jordan. Most recently, she served as a junior technical advisor for the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Amman, Jordan, where she managed and supervised all aspects of program implementation in leadership and human resources development.

Tasneem holds a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Hashemite University in Jordan. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of PMI. She is also a social entrepreneurship fellow at the International Youth Foundation.
