Mourine Ondicho is the research and project coordinator  for the Girls’ Learning Through Technology (GLTT) project in Kenya. 

Mourine is a creative thinker with pragmatic solution-based focus keen on delivering high quality work. She is passionate about making a difference in the education sector using research. She has excellent communication skills and quickly builds rapport and trust with clients through a relaxed and engaged style.

Mourine holds a master of arts in educational planning, economics and international development from UCL Institute of Education and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from Kenyatta University.  She started off her career as a hospitality management trainer and slowly ventured into youth programming. She has worked at CAP Youth Empowerment Institute as a center manager since 2016 and was promoted to Project Coordinator in 2020 to coordinate center activities within the coastal region. Under her leadership, the project empowered 1600 youths not just to grow and find pleasure in their lives but also nurture them to really grow well, prosper and live life to their fullest.

Mourine has a track record of coordinating projects by providing administrative, financial and programmatic support to donor funded education programs.
