Reaching disadvantaged and marginalized youth represents a constant challenge in youth programming.  Recent technological advances have created exciting new opportunities to overcome this challenge, often in simple, cost-effective ways.  Panelists will demonstrate methods that they have used to reach a difficult-to-reach youth population, and will discuss the impact of the methodology on hard-to-reach youth populations.
