On April 7, US Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan Larry Napper participated in an online chat with 129 US government-sponsored alumni and local journalists at 13 Internet Access and Training Program (IATP) access sites throughout Kazakhstan. The event was covered in a front page article in the Almaty Herald.
