Recruitment Begins for International Fellowships for US Scholars and Professionals

IREX began its US Fellowships Program recruitment season at the American Political Science Association (APSA) conference in Washington, DC, over Labor Day weekend.

IREX sponsors a broad range of overseas grant opportunities for masters, predoctoral, and postdoctoral research as well as for senior scholars, professionals, and policymakers.

Since 1968, IREX has supported more than 6,000 fellows in their academic and professional careers. As a result, students, policymakers, journalists, and community leaders have been able to contribute to international research and community-based development.

IREX will be exhibiting at the following conferences to promote its 2005-2006 fellowship opportunities for US Scholars and Professionals:
