IREX Encourages Support for Haiti

IREX is keeping close watch on the tragic situation in Haiti following the recent earthquake, and making efforts to confirm the safety of our local alumni. This devastating event has left hundreds of thousands of people without basic necessities—including food, shelter, and medical support.

As an international development organization, we are a firm believer in a global community and encourage people around the world to make a donation to help with desperately needed emergency relief. IREX is supporting and recommending to our staff and others to support our partners CARE, International Medical Corps, and Save the Children for their professionalism and capabilities.

Our thoughts go out to estimated three million people who have been affected by this tragedy.
