The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Eurasia and Central Asia (Global UGRAD ) is now accepting applications from two- and four-year institutions to host outstanding leaders from 12 countries for the 2012-2013 Academic Year. Fellows are current undergraduate students from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
