New Media Center Launched in Erbil, Iraq December 6, 2010 The Erbil Technical and Administrative Institute in Erbil, Iraq recently launched a new media center with the support of IREX. The center will allow for students to learn about new technologies, social media, and new media and how they can apply these tools to journalism and communications.
