Youth are a vast resource but are often treated as a constituency that needs to be managed, instead of engaged and supported to play an influential role in their communities.

Around the world, IREX's youth programs equip young people with the knowledge and skills to transform their communities, prepare for a meaningful, active adulthood, and act as advocates of peace. IREX seeks to work with youth as a resource, crafting programs that serve young people's needs and interests while developing their unique gifts.
