The Youth Project Toolkit provides youth leaders and youth-serving professionals with 16 step-by-step project models for engaging young people in the community. Each of these models has been implemented successfully by youth in Russia through the Youth Competencies Development Program (YDCP), funded by USAID.

Each of these models has been implemented successfully by youth in Russia through the Youth Competencies Development Program (YDCP), funded by USAID. In addition to providing a bank of best practices and fresh ideas for skill-building projects, the toolkit includes tips for fundraising and recruiting youth participants.
