Senior Scholar Biographies

Dr. Douglas W. Blum is a professor of political science at Providence College, and adjunct professor of international studies at the Thomas J. Watson, Jr., Institute of International Studies at Brown University. His general research interests include the politics of energy development in the Caspian Sea, cultural globalization, Russian foreign policy, and the causes and consequences of Russian integration into the international economy.
