SUMMARY OF POSITION
IREX seeks a program manager for its Education Programs Division for programs in Russia .

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum two years of experience with international basic and higher education development, international exchanges, and continuing education programs;
• Minimum two years of experience with project design, grant management, proposal development;
• Experience with US Department of State and US Agency for International Development grant management;
• Excellent budgeting, financial management, and Excel skills;
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing skills;
• Supervisory skills, preferred;
• Experience living and working in Eurasia, preferred; and
• Advanced Russian language required.
