SUMMARY OF POSITION
IREX seeks a program manager for its Education Programs Division for programs in Russia.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience with and interest in basic and higher education development, international exchanges, and continuing education programs; 
• Knowledge of and experience with project design, grant management, proposal development, and budgeting and financial management; 
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Supervisory skills, preferred;
• Experience living and working in Eurasia, preferred;
• Knowledge of Russian
