Application Information
Applications for the 2013-2014 Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Eurasia & Central Asia (Global UGRAD) have closed. The deadline to apply was January 14, 2013.
Online Application:
Applicants are encouraged to complete the application online. Please read the instructions and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) carefully prior to beginning the application.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IREX strongly recommends that you submit your online application prior to January 14, 2013. The high volume of application submissions that day may slow the online system. This can create challenges for those submitting applications in areas with low bandwidth.
Paper Application:
Applicants who cannot complete the application online may download and complete a paper application (two parts). Three (3) complete copies of all application materials must be received by an IREX office in your country of citizenship in one package by 5 p.m. local time on Monday, January 14, 2013.

Personal Data Privacy Form: In accordance with local law, applicants from Russia and Ukraine are required to submit a personal data privacy form. All applicants from Russia and Ukraine, regardless of whether they choose to submit an online or paper application, are required to drop off or mail an original, signed version of the personal data privacy form to the IREX office in their home country.
