GCE Asia Online Projects Application
Global Connections and Exchange, a program of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, links U.S. high school classrooms with students in the Philippines & Vietnam in innovative online projects.
Online projects are virtual collaborative projects around concrete educational goals — think pen pals plus a school project that takes place between your class and partner students in Vietnam or the Philippines. They are free, approximately three weeks long on our forum sites, and are moderated and monitored by GCE staff.

Eligibility
Participating partner classes must:
• be in the United States
• be a high school class (grades 9-12)
